“Blueprint for Success” focuses on developing a comprehensive marketing, public relations, and fundraising plan for your organization. This one-day workshop includes a self-assessment of the participants’ outreach programs and communications portfolio. Expert instructors Toni Turner and Karen Knox will work with participants on their existing programs and help refine their message and outreach. Participants are asked to bring examples of their promotional and fundraising materials.
Content outline includes: creating a comprehensive public outreach plan; marketing your mission; defining your target audience; practicing professional public relations; fundraising for your organization; analyzing your assets with a communications audit; telling your story with effective media relations; and bringing it all together.
